This program consists of a total of 4 weeks. Three sessions coupled with a free gift for an introductory rate of $320.00. Your first session will be an hour and a half, followed by 3 weeks of 30 minute sessions. 

When you sign up for our Nutrition Program, you will also receive a journal to track your progress. We will track your carbohydrates, calories, protein, & sodium intake.
