Wellness begins within each of us. This two-hour workshop is an opportunity to rest and nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will learn about mindfulness and its benefits. We will experience gentle mind movement, guided meditation, and personal reflection. There will be opportunities to practice, discuss and connect with others to help deepen our understanding and experience with meditation and present moment living. When we provide the conditions for a calmer state of being, we begin to welcome in wellness and feel at home within. Our workshop will be hosted by STAR Studio’s Anna Carabetta & Amanda Votto PA-C. 

Amanda is a passionate teacher of mindfulness who believes we can all live an intentional, inspired, and compassionate life. She teaches a variety of mindfulness courses including the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) series, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) and leads retreats & workshops, offers private coaching and keynote speaking events. She is board certified in hypnotherapy. Amanda is also a practicing physician assistant specializing in cardiology for over 20 years.
